A Berkeley County family is suing Delta Air Lines after they claim an employee stole their iPad left onboard from a connecting flight out of Charleston and used it to take pornographic pictures of themselves.
The suit, filed in the U.S. District Court of South Carolina on June 16, alleges that the employee stole the device after the family disembarked from the plane at John F. Kennedy International Airport
